Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the modem or router in its original packaging including all power adapters, ethernet cables, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
